It has been revealed that high intensity exercise even for a shorter duration is more capable of making you fit as compared to a regular and lengthy but low intensity exercise. When people become over-weight, then tend to become more susceptible of heart attacks and other heart related problems.

During high intensity exercises, your heart beats accelerate and thus more blood flows through the heart, making the person healthier and more active. You have to exercise strenuously for a few minutes, take a break in between and then start exercising again. It would be enough for you to exercise in this way for only 20 minutes a day. This kind of heart exercises will not only eliminate the risks of heart attack but they are also able to reverse your heart disease and several other ailments related to your heart and age.

With a healthy heart, you will look younger and become more energetic.

This is a condition that is causes by a coronary Artery disorder. The factors that contribute to this condition include cigarette smoking, increased cholesterol level and increase in blood pressure. The availability of these factors can contribute to the malfunction of the heart and which will include; abnormal heart rhythms, heart attack and failure. Myocardial infraction is progressive and chronic and this can be caused by blockage of the artery hence resulting to heart attack.

The cause of massive heart attack is basically as a result of death that occurred to some muscles from previous attacks. When a heart attack has occurred, the heart undergoes remodeling which is the response that the muscles undergo. This action leads a stretch to cover the slack from damaged muscles. The stretching results to a contraction of the normal muscles which becomes weak and eventually the condition leads to heart failure hence massive heart attack.

They reduce the low density cholesterol and also convert them into high density cholesterol. Docosahexaenoic acid or DHA is also highly effective in increasing the power of the brain, so it is one of the most important omega 3 fatty acids.

Omega 3 is incorporated by cells for minimizing infection and preventing diseases. This allows the cells to be on the guard and healthy. The polyunsaturated fatty acids cannot be synthesized by our bodies and hence needs to be taken in through external food sources.

Flax seeds, walnut and oily fishes are a great source of increasing omega oils in the body. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and fibers also constitute omega oils. This is why a new diet called the Mediterranean diet is widely recommended for intake. It is important to keep the right balance between omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.

The first kind alters the chemical composition of the food and renders it toxicity. The later contains quite many toxic components. Overall, these travel to the colon area and attach itself as a sheet of tar. The toxin also gets attached to the vital body organs.

A detox cleanse diet contains electrolytes and antioxidants. They also use a variety of beneficial bacteria. These help in flushing the toxins out of the body system. Most of these toxins are broken down so that they can be assimilated in the blood stream and excreted.

A detox cleanse diet also cleanses the liver, kidney and blood. These can be colon cleansers like cayenne paper, senna, rhizome ginger, garlic bulb and unprocessed fruit juices. These can also be various Chinese herbs or even acai berry or noni berry supplement.

A detox boosts the metabolism against all kinds of diseases and this is why it becomes so important.

This results in heightened metabolism which starts burning calories very fast. Once this happens, the body automatically sheds a lot of fat.

Walking and running can be extremely beneficial owing to many other reasons. They tone and sculpt our body by treating the flab. They provide a greater need for oxygen and hence more oxygen is used by the lungs. This makes more oxygen available to the cell. It results in greater energy levels and higher brain power.

People with sedentary lifestyle suffer from a lot of cardiovascular tension. This can result in cardiac frights. Walking results in better blood flow. Such blood flow deals with the key aspect of blood circulation in the heart and also reduces blood pressure

These also strengthen the knee bones against arthritic attacks.

This can result in cardiac frights or even heart attack. Well, it is simple to understand, the heart keeps pumping blood and the injury products released from a clot results in the blockage. This is why it is important to keep unhealthy cholesterol or LDL at bay.

Trans fat and saturated fat are the chief reasons behind low density cholesterol. This is why it is very important to keep away from such fats. We are a society built up on junk cravings. Such overindulgence leads to fat deposits in the heart in the form of cholesterol.

Nutritious diets with optimum balanced food and a lot of minerals and vitamins create a strong case for good health. Omega oils, polyphenols, phytosterols and oleic acid can also keep LDL in check.

LDL is a killer but it can be taken care of.
